KAPS Year Seven Graduation, 2024
In September 2024, students, parents, teachers, and volunteers gathered at the Karao grounds to thank God and celebrate the Year Seven students who were completing their primary education journey.
The guest of honor, Dr. László Szabó, along with other distinguished guests such as Dr. David Mpwani, Chair of the Tanzania Rift Valley Field, the Education Director of TRVF, the district pastor, local church leaders, parents, teachers, government leaders, and volunteers from various parts of Europe, graced the occasion.
The event commenced at 11 o’clock with songs, Bible verse recitations, and various presentations showcasing Masai traditions. Dr. László Szabó delivered an inspiring message to the children and all attendees, emphasising the importance of education in the Masai community. He highlighted how education fosters spiritual growth and societal awareness.
Dr. Szabó urged teachers and parents to support the learning process, enabling children to pursue higher education, such as university studies, which would enrich their knowledge and empower them to give back to the Masai community.
Fourteen children successfully completed their primary education at KAPS, with ten qualifying to join secondary school. It is a privilege for Masai children to receive an education.
Thank you to everyone who supports us. Blessings.
